Purple Applique Dupatta

CRAFT: Applique is a decorative artwork of India, practised in states of Rajasthan, Gujarat & Orissa. A French word meaning "applied" or "thing that has been applied, Applique is a surface ornamentation technique of applying fabric on fabric. Colourful or mono colour floral, animal or geometric patterns are cut and then sewn of base fabric with hand stitch that add a new dimension to the fabric.
